Teenage star Declan Rice says he's happy to carry on double-jobbing in a bid to earn qualification for the national team.
The West Ham player is still on a high after his impressive senior Ireland debut in Turkey last week.
And Rice (19) will be back on duty again tonight, lining out for the U21s as they keep up their bid to qualify for a first-ever European Championship finals, Azerbaijan the opposition at Tallaght Stadium.
"Where I can play for the U21s and the first team, hopefully I get called up for the first team and come back and play for the 21s," says Rice. "I'm happy to do that because we want to qualify for the next tournament. We want to go as far as we can."
U21 boss Noel King has asked the Dublin public to come out and support the side: "It would be the best fiver anyone could spend who is interested in football. A fiver for an adult, children U16 free".
