MANCHESTER City are reported to be preparing to offload Edin Dzeko in the summer, arousing the attentions of Juventus and Real Madrid.
The Bosnian started the season in blistering form but that has dropped dramatically in recent months.
Jose Mourinho is a known admirer of the 26-year-old and would be willing to bring the unsettled striker to the Bernabeu.
Any deal for Dzeko could involve Real Madrid's Gonzalo Higuain moving in the other direction, with Mancini keeping a close eye on the Argentinian forward.
Juventus could also figure in any summer dealings as they are prepared to spend the bulk of their £30m transfer kitty on attacking options.
Dzeko cost City £27m little more than a year ago, and City are eager to recoup as much as possible of their outlay, which may tip the balance in favour of Madrid.
