Lee hunts new club after bite by Terriers

FORMER Ireland international Alan Lee is on the hunt for a new club after he was released by Championship side Huddersfield Town.

The club managed to avoid relegation to League One but manager Mark Robins has already started planning for next season and has released three players with Irish striker Alan Lee, Scott Arfield and Tom Clarke all let go.

Lee, capped nine times at senior level between 2003-2006, is the latest Ireland international to find himself on the move this summer. Keith Fahey (Birmingham), Stephen McPhail (Cardiff), Peter Murphy (Carlisle), Stephen Elliott (Coventry) and Martin Rowlands (Orient) have all been released by their clubs.
