Blackpool's David Vaughan is hoping some of his top-flight luck can rub off on Wales as they begin their Euro 2012 qualifying.
The 27-year-old wants to carry the momentum onto the international stage by playing a full part in the qualifiers, which start in Montenegro tomorrow.
"It has been a good start," said Vaughan. "If you play well for your club you can bring that into Wales, and hopefully I can get a place on a regular basis."
Vaughan has made just four Wales appearances in the past two years but is now hoping to improve on that record.
