Hunt looks to Germany for his future

STEPHEN HUNT says he is considering a move to Germany following his exit from Wolves.

The 31-year-old was allowed to leave Molineux after they were relegated to League One, and an unnamed club in the German second tier is a possible destination.

"There is an offer from a Championship club in Germany that is fighting to go up and I'm considering it at the moment. It is something different. It is a serious offer and me and my agent are thinking things over," said Hunt.

Doran at Thistle

SPL SIDE Inverness Caledonian Thistle are delighted that highly-rated Ireland U-21 cap Aaron Doran has turned down a possible move back to England to stay on with Terry Butcher's side.

Dubliner Doran has agreed a new three-year deal with Caley, good news for boss Butcher.

"Aaron gives us width, pace and trickery and I know the supporters enjoy his performances. His best is yet to come," said Butcher.

Doran said: "It's been on my mind these past few months, so it's a relief to put pen to paper. Contract talks have dragged on a bit but I'm delighted."

Judge for Rovers

IRISH prospect Alan Judge has moved up to the Championship and rejoined Blackburn following a spell with Notts County.

Judge was allowed to leave on a free transfer but revived his career with Notts County and was one of the stand-out players in League One last season, prompting newly-appointed Blackburn boss Gary Bowyer to bring Dubliner Judge back to the club, on a three year deal.

"Delight to be back home and looking forward to the next few years," Judge said on his twitter account as he confirmed the deal.
