FROM the Wolves to the Eagles, Kevin Doyle has managed to secure an exit from his Molineux nightmare and sealed a loan move to Crystal Palace.
The Ireland striker has been frozen out at Wolves for the last two seasons and he was not even given a squad number for the new campaign by boss Kenny Jackett.
But Doyle will at least get first-team football in the short term as Palace have taken him on loan until January, with a view to making that move permanent as Wolves included Doyle in a clear-out of players which saw names like Stephen Ward and Jamie O'Hara leave the club.
It's his second loan spell with a London club as Doyle spent time with QPR last season.
Palace have struggled on and off the field this season with just one point from three Premier League games and while Doyle is not guaranteed a place in the side he will put pressure on strikers Frazier Campbell, Dwight Gayle and Marouane Chamakh.
