Coyle bullish over Bolton prospects

BOLTON boss Owen Coyle was in defiant mood as he prepared his struggling side for Saturday's trip to face Barclays Premier League leaders Manchester City.

Coyle's men were beaten 3-0 by Chelsea last time out but the Scot is adamant they have what it takes to bounce back and pull off one of the shocks of the season at the Etihad Stadium.

"Who is to say we can't go to Manchester City and get a result?" he said. "We have to trust ourselves, believe in what we are doing, and we will look to get something from the game."

He added: "We know we are capable of giving big performances and winning big games. That is how we have to treat every game now. As much as we are still in the FA Cup, every league game now is like a cup final."
