Bohemians go West' for charity pitch

LEAGUE of Ireland football, and the live TV cameras, will make a rare visit to Mayo tomorrow as Aaron Callaghan (above) takes his Bohemians side west for a fundraising game.

Bohs have thrown their support behind the mental health and suicide awareness organisation, talkaboutit.ie, and Setanta Ireland will show live coverage of the Gypsies' friendly against Westport United in the Mayo town (Sunday, 2.30pm kick-off).

"Mental health is a huge issue in Ireland but especially for young people, we need to get kids talking about their problems and their issues and hopefully this game will help raise awareness," said Callaghan, whose side finished their competitive season against Drogheda United last night.
