Bhoys ready to face Barca

CELTIC star Beram Kayal has insisted that the Bhoys will travel to the Nou Camp brimming with confidence and ready to take down Lionel Messi and co.

Celtic warmed up for tomorrow night's showdown with a 5-0 demolition job on St Mirren before Neil Lennon flew out to watch Messi inspire Barcelona to a 5-4 win over Deportivo La Coruna with his 15th La Liga hat-trick.

After their stunning victory over Spartak in Moscow the Scottish champions have put themselves in a good position to advance to the knockout stages but Kayal believes they may need something from the Nou Camp.

"We can do something in the Nou Camp," he insisted. "Barcelona are the best team in the world, but we are full of confidence and we go there with belief.

"They have the likes of Xavi, Iniesta and Messi but it's a chance for Celtic to prove we are also at that level.

"We could use 11 men to mark Messi but, seriously, we are not playing just Messi we are playing against the best team in Europe and the world. It will be hard, but we will all do our job."
