Alloa loan deal for Bhoys Michael Duffy

CELTIC have sent former Derry City man Michael Duffy out on loan so he can gain first team experience.
Striker Duffy joined the Bhoys from home-town side Derry earlier this year but he has yet to make the breakthrough at Parkhead, and now boss Ronny Deila has given the okay for Duffy to join second tier side Alloa on a six-month loan deal so he can see the forward in a first-team environment.
Meanwhile, former Celtic player Graham Carey has moved to England and joined Plymouth after a spell in the SPL with Ross County. Dubliner Carey scored twice in 22 SPL appearances for County last term but was allowed leave at the end of the season and League Two side Plymouth have agreed a one-year deal.
"I've lived away from home since I was 16 so, anywhere I go, I settle really quickly - it doesn't really bother me," said Carey, 26. "I'm looking forward to the challenge.
"Hopefully, it will be a good season and we can push for promotion."
Former U21 cap Carey, who had a spell on loan to Bohemians in 2009, left Celtic in 2011 and has since lined out for St Mirren and Ross County.
