MEATH outfits St Peter's College and Eureka Secondary School look to be the teams to beat if Dublin's finest are to have any knockout joy in this year's Leinster Under-19 Girls League.
The Royal County duo go head-to-head in the big one – the Leinster Senior Girls Cup final – on Thursday, February 27 (12.00 KO) in Dundalk's Oriel Park.
Both have left the capital's finest in their wake this season as they progressed to the showpiece game, but the opportunity for revenge still remains in the league competition.
Recent winners Alexandra College are joined by Caritas College, St Raphaela's and Loreto College Balbriggan in a four-pronged capital assault on the competition.
Loreto must overcome a last-16 tie at home to Athlone Community College to set-up a daunting quarter-final trip to 2012 winners Alexandra.
Ballyfermot's Caritas College also face an unenviable last-eight trip, with Leinster Cup finalists St Peter's waiting in Dunboyne.
St Raphaela's possibly face the toughest draw of the lot – a trip to multiple Senior Cup winners Eureka.
The Kells outfit have dominated the Under-19 arena like no other school in recent years and will be confident of setting up a final-four clash with either Sacred Heart Tullamore or St Mary's, Naas.
