Slick Ulster to sink red-hot Scarlets

SCARLETS v Ulster,

Parc Y Scarlets, Sunday (KO 4.0)

Live RTE 2

It just seems to be Ulster's time. Any statistician would have to look back to September 2011 to find the last Irish province to trump The Scarlets in west Wales.

The Welsh side are also on a solid streak of four straight wins and have lost just one of their last 13 at home.

However, they will be stripped of their Wales internationals just as Ulster will possibly welcome back their captain Johann Muller (thumb) and Rory Best (neck) from injury.

Ireland squad members Dan Tuohy, Iain Henderson, Luke Marshall, Craig Gilroy, Paddy Jackson and Darren Cave will also be involved as Ruan Pienaar, Chris Henry and Paddy Wallace are rested ahead of the trip to Northampton in the Heineken Cup.

Verdict: Ulster
