SEAPOINT Rugby Club's International Mini Rugby Festival has gone from strength to strength over the past number of years and this year was no exception with more than 135 teams made up of more than 1,800 children taking part.

There were teams from all over Ireland, as well as a team from Holland and from Scotland. Along with the 2,500 spectators, Leinster's Jordi Murphy, Michael Bent and Aaron Dundon cast their eyes over the up-and-coming talent in the country.

A great day was had by all and this is due to the excellent organisation of the festival committee and the army of volunteers they had to assist them in the running of the event.

Well done to all involved in making this one of the largest rugby festivals in Europe, and here's to an even bigger festival next year!
