Opportunity knocks in Clondalkin

CLONDALKIN don't have a strong local rugby-playing secondary school.

Moyle Park school, situated in the heart of Clondalkin, have a proud sporting heritage. Their PE teachers, Eddie O'Byrne and Lee O'Reilly, have welcomed the opportunity to offer the boys another option, a chance to play something different.

Tom McKeown, South Dublin community rugby officer, said: "The potential is huge within the school and the hope is to bolster the already thriving Clondalkin RFC."

Above is a picture of the school's first year group receiving a tag kit and rugby balls.
