Kenya kids in Sutton unity

Suttonians RFC recently hosted 16 children from Nyumbani Home for orphaned children in Kenya for an evening of rugby and fun.

The children, all of whom are living with AIDS, were in Dublin on a once-in-a-lifetime holiday organised by the Raheny-based charity Kenya Orphan Aid.

With rugby, a BBQ, singing and dancing, their night in Sutton was one of the highlights of their time in Dublin. And gifts of Irish, Leinster, Suttonians and Lansdowne jerseys will ensure they have something to remember their new friends by for years to come.

The Sutton children and their parents enjoyed the night as much as their guests and were impressed by the Kenyans' speed and agility on the pitch.

You can sponsor a child through Kenya Orphan Aid from just €10 per month. See www.nyumbani.org, email Kenyaorphanaid@eircom.net, call 018334295.
