Gahan 'thrilled' with big night as Leinster sponsor

THIS evening sees Leinster play a crucial Heineken Cup clash against Ospreys in the RDS – with a difference.

Bank of Ireland, sponsor of Leinster Rugby, have given up their jersey sponsorship to a lucky SME this evening.

'Gahan Meats' will see their logo blazoned across the jerseys and broadcast throughout Europe when Leinster take on Ospreys. This lucky SME is the winner of the Bank of Ireland Sponsor for a Day competition, run in association with Independent.ie.

Valued at a minimum of €50,000, each prize included the winning company's logo on the Leinster players' jerseys; pitch signage; corporate hospitality for 10 guests; a match programme advert; photographs with the team; profiling support from Bank of Ireland and Leinster Rugby.

Commenting on their prize, Nigel Gahan of Gahan Meats said: "We were thrilled when we were selected as the winners to sponsor the Leinster Rugby team.

"Everyone at Gahan Meats is very proud to see our company logo on the players' jerseys and around the stadium tonight."
