Scrum coach John Fogarty was cautious about their prospects, citing a "wait and see" approach.
Full-back Rob Kearney could come into the equation after making significant headway with his hamstring problem.
"He will be close enough," advised Fogarty.
"It literally goes week to week, nearly day to day. They want to assess and make decisions.
"By Wednesday, we will be close to knowing what the story is with him.
"He has made really good progress the last two weeks."
Out-half Jonathan Sexton has freshened up nicely to shake off a few minor inconveniences to be available.
Meanwhile, Connacht and Ireland lock Ultan Dillane has recovered from a shoulder injury to further impress in his lightning rise through the ranks of Irish rugby.
Openside Jake Heenan has not yet been ruled out due to an ankle ligament injury and could be fit to play.
Ireland's Nathan White has been placed on return-to-play protocols from a concussion.
The Connacht tight-head must be considered unlikely to recover in what is a sharp six-day turnaround to play against Ulster at The Kingspan on Friday night.
Out-half AJ McGinty will be out for at least four weeks with a shoulder injury.
