CONNACHT continue their impressive recruitment drive by employing Ulster openside Willie Faloon on a two-year contract from this summer.
“I’m really looking forward to the move to Connacht next season to challenge for regular game time. After speaking with (Connacht coach) Eric (Elwood), I was in no doubt as to the direction he wants to take Connacht Rugby and I’m happy to be part of that plan,” said Faloon, who has made 14 appearances in the Heineken Cup and earned 33 caps in the RaboDirect PRO12 League.
Faloon’s signing comes hot on the heels of the recent high-profile acquisitions of former Scotland goal-kicking king Dan Parks and Leinster tighthead Nathan White.
Meanwhile, London Irish lock and former Leinster player Bob Casey has announced that he will hang up his boots at the end of the season.
