DLSP deliver to end pennant drought

Last Friday night under lights in Kirwan Park, the DLSP J3 team won their first Leinster Branch pennant at this level in nine years, when they beat a very committed and strong Trinity team.

A large crowd turned up on the night for this huge game, as Old Wesley had made it a very competitive league. A bonus point win was required to ensure a second league pennant for the club.

The picture shows the league pennant being presented by senior vice-president of the Leinster Branch (and DLSP club member) Kevin Fitzpatrick to the J3 Captain Ronan Neary.
