Cup puts schools in frenzy

LEINSTER Rugby's Heineken Cup Trophy Tour has finished touring schools all over Co Kildare and has landed on the home turf of Seán O'Brien.

Carlow Town, Bagnalstown, Graiguecullen, Rathmore, Rathcoyle, Tullow, Borris, Garyhill, Killeen and Drumfea schools all got to see the Cup this week.

All the pupils made a huge effort, decorating their schools with flags, pictures and Leinster jerseys.

Gael Scoil in Carlow Town was the lucky school to host the Carlow Trophy Tour launch day which saw Leo the Lion come down and play a game of tag with the fifth and sixth class students.

Pupils (pictured) got to hold the famous Heineken Cup and get pictures with Leo.
