Cubs cook with D'Arcy

LEINSTER'S Gordon D'Arcy was in attendance at Wagamama's in Dundrum Town Centre as the Leinster Cubs Club listened to advice on healthy eating at a Positive Living morning.

Not only did the Cubs try their hand at cooking alongside some of their idols, they also experienced the entire Wagamama method of work by learning how to take orders on electronic handheld PCs.

The fun didn't stop there, however, as they made their own recipes from fresh juices and then, most importantly to the young rugby players, got to try some delicious noodles too.

The concept of the cooking class was developed to teach children early on, and in a fun and grown up environment, the importance of nutrition and fresh, healthy ingredients.

The boys also learnt more about health, safety and hygiene and left with a goodie bag.
