Court reaches landmark as Tuohy returns

Ulster loosehead prop Tom Court will make his 150th appearance for the province in this evening's PRO12 match against Cardiff Blues at the Arms Park.

Court starts in the front row alongside hooker Rob Herring and tighthead prop John Afoa.

Johann Muller captains Ulster in the second row, where he is joined by Dan Tuohy, who makes his first start since breaking his arm playing for Ireland in February.

Stephen Ferris is picked at blindside, with Nick Williams named at number eight and Chris Henry, who is playing his first game for Ulster since winning the the Six Nations Championship with Ireland, selected at openside.

Jared Payne starts at full-back, with Tommy Bowe selected on the right wing and Andrew Trimble, also back for Ulster after Ireland's Six Nations heroics, starting on the left.

Luke Marshall and Darren Cave maintain their partnership in midfield, with Paddy Jackson named at out-half and Michael Heaney continuing at scrum-half in place of the injured Ruan Pienaar.

Ulster are unbeaten in 2014 having won eight matches in a row.

LAM STICKS TO SAME FORMULA

Head coach Pat Lam has once again named an unchanged Connacht side for the trip to Scarlets tomorrow.

Hooker Jason Harris-Wright will earn his 40th cap for the province, starting in a front row with Denis Buckley and last week's try scorer Rodney Ah You.

Galway man John Muldoon, who has touched down for four tries in the last two games, will captain the side from the back row.

Eoin Griffin, 23, made an impressive 21 tackles against the Dragons last week and will again partner Dave McSharry in the centre as the team look to record their fifth successive win in the competition.

Commenting on the team selection ahead of the upcoming, fixture Lam said: "Being able to put out the same team for the third fixture in a row is testament to the performance of those players selected."
