Weather pending, the league resumes on Saturday after the Christmas break with the J2s at home to Old Wesley, the J4s at home to Parkmore and the J5s away to St Mary's -- all games kick off at 2:30 and members are encouraged to come down and support the teams. There are some important dates to note for the next few months: The tour to Heidelberg on 26th-28th Feb with 40 members signed up to date, the end of season party/dinner will take place on April 17th in The Dropping Well, also the club will make the annual trip to the Kinsale 7s on the may bank holiday weekend -- if any backs would like to try make the 7s team this year there will be trials later in the season with the forwards deciding if there are any backs up to playing the champagne style rugby the Stillorgan Pack is known for in the 7s game. Remember training every Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm -- all welcome.

Another quiet week on the playing front due to the weather. The Leinster League games away to Seapoint have been rescheduled for Sunday 7 February. Next Saturday at the 3rd attempt Tullamore play Armagh at 2.30pm in Armagh in the AIB All-Ireland Junior Cup semi-final. The IRFU have ruled that as the match failed to take place twice in Spollanstown the venue has been reversed. Monivea in the other semi-final also have to travel to City of Derry. Tullamore under-21s travel to Old Wesley on Sunday in a top of the table clash at 2.30pm. The first game of the new year at home in Tullamore will be the 3rds against Portlaoise in the Leinster Provincial 3rds League.
