Both the Men's and Women's Basketball Ireland Premier League All Stars will take on the Welsh men's and women's Select Teams. The first game will see the women go head-to-head at 3pm while the men will battle it out at 5pm.

SYSTEMS

However, it is still all systems go in the Premier League with the clash between UCD Marian and UL Eagles clearly marked as the game to watch tomorrow.

The southsiders will welcome UL Eagles to UCD as both sides enter the battle confident from their victories the weekend previous.

For UCD Marian, they claimed their first win of the season on the road to a young Moycullen last weekend. However, knowing that they are coming up against last season's league champions, they will need to be in top form if they wish to come away with the three points.

Their head coach, Ioannis Ciapakis, is excited for the game ahead. "We are looking forward to playing one of the best teams in the league. I, personally, am also looking forward to coaching against one of the best coaches in the country.

"I have a lot of respect for Mark Keenan and what he has achieved," he said. "Our aim is to put up a good fight as they have a lot of top quality players on their side

"We are still getting familiar with one another and know it will take some time before we reach the level we know we are capable of playing at."

Meanwhile, head coach of UL Eagles, the aforementioned Keenan, knows that UCD Marian will be a challenge.

CONFIDENCE

"UCD Marian had a great win over Moycullen so I know their confidence will be high when they come up against us this weekend," said Keenan.

"There will be some very interesting match-ups between the two sides. Both American players, Delwan Graham (UL Eagles) and Terrance King (UCD Marian) are very similar athletes so the battle between them will be intense. Likewise, Scott Kinevane (UL Eagles) and Conor Meany (UCD Marian) will really test and push one another. I think whoever wins those two battles will come away with the win."
