Saints coming for Killester

The Nivea For Men's Superleague gathers pace this weekend, as unbeaten 11890 Killester take on DCU Saints in a massive all-Dublin affair.

Elsewhere, Bord Gáis Neptune travel to Moycullen and UCD Marian face Belfast Star, who are still searching for their first win of the season.

Tomorrow, DCU Saints and Belfast Star round off a busy weekend when the two sides meet on the northside of Dublin, while UCC Demons return against UL Eagles.

In the Nivea Women's SuperLeague, unbeaten duo Team Montenotte Hotel and UL meet in the Neptune Stadium, Waterford Wildcats host Liffey Celtics and Ulster Rockets have a date with fellow newcomers Singleton's Super Valu Brunell.

Tomorrow, DCU Mercy will be looking to maintain their revival against an in-form Meteors.

Neptune's excellent start to the season has come to a halt after defeats by Killester and Saints in their last two outings.

Their 27-point loss away to DCU was particularly surprising, but head coach Mark Scannell is refusing to panic ahead of their trip to Moycullen on Saturday night.

Embarrassing

"The result was embarrassing last weekend against Saints but I'm not sure the scoreline was a completely fair reflection, as we were very much in the contest with eight minutes to go," he said.

UL Eagles got their season back on track last weekend, with impressive wins over UCD Marian and DCU Saints, and will be looking to make it a hat-trick of wins and atone for the loss they suffered to UCC Demons earlier in the season.
