Memorial mixes things up

ARDEE Rugby Club and local GAA club Sean McDermot's played a challenge match in remembrance of Oisin Lennon who played for Ardee RFC and Michael McEnaney who played for the Sean McDermot's.

A Gaelic football game was played in the first half and the second half was rugby. Both halves were played in the best of spirits and the hundreds of people that came out on a cold winter's night were treated to some great examples of skill from both sides.

Great sportsmanship was shown on the night and everyone involved is looking forward to next year's match.

In all over €700 was raised for the Irish Cancer society on the night. Thank you to everyone for their support.
