Get in gear for Roche's Tour de Cure

What better way to have fun riding your bike and raise much-needed funds than with Stephen Roche on the 25th anniversary of his famous treble -- when he won the Giro, the Tour de France and the World Championship in 1987.

The Stephen Roche 'Tour De Cure' is in its fourth year and has raised over ¤100,000 for specific partner charities in cancer care, the disabled, diabetes, emergency response units and hospitals.

The Tour De Cure on May 13 offers four distances, which have been individually selected (see them on the website), and these loop through the beautiful East Cork, Waterford and South Tipperary counties.

The distances vary from 160km, 100km, 50km and 15km, so there is a cycle route for every leisure cyclist at whatever level they are.

The entry fee ranges from ¤30-€40 or free for the family 15km.
