Louise Heraghty - Training Support
trainer and radio personality Louise Heraghty will provide a training programme and advice to help you achieve your personal best. You can choose to follow the Walker, Beginner or Improver programme, depending on your level of fitness and personal goals.
David Gillick - Diet Support
Former European champion, Olympian and MasterChef winner David Gillick will be combining his love of cookery with his athletics experience to provide plenty of healthy eating inspiration for the next 16 weeks.
Maeve Higgins - Moral Support
Comedienne Maeve Higgins will be following the programme and sharing her progress, and some light relief along the way.
Dr Ui May Tan - Medical Support
Vhi's Dr Ui May Tan, who has provided medical support and advice to many of Ireland's leading racers, will be providing medical advice to those training for the 2015 Vhi Women's Mini Marathon.
