PHILLY McMAHON is predicting a full-blooded display from the reigning All-Ireland Champions when they begin their daunting 2012 task of reclaiming Sam Maguire in Sunday's Championship opener with Louth.
And this is despite the likelihood of the match being played in front of a small crowd.
It's expected that just 35,000 will be in attendance at headquarters for Sunday's doubleheader but with Pat Gilroy naming 12 of last year's All-Ireland starting 15, McMahon says there will be no lack of intensity from his own team.
"It just shows that we're not taking anything for granted against Louth," McMahon told the Herald at this morning's Dublin team press conference.
"We have all our lads out and we're going hell-for-leather for Sunday."
