RONALD Koeman hopes that a fit-again Shane Long can help Southampton get back on track in terms of scoring goals.
Since the Ireland striker suffered broken ribs in an FA Cup defeat to Crystal Palace last month the Saints have scored just once in four games in Long's absence.
But Long has made his recovery ahead of schedule and was an unused sub for the weekend Premier League defeat to Liverpool, and boss Koeman hopes to see a return to form now that the injury crisis is easing.
"Now we have more good players available. We didn't have that in the last few weeks and we have more options and maybe we can use that," said Koeman.
