O'Brien has Delight-ful evening in store at Naas

Those in a position to get to Naas Racecourse tonight for their midweek meeting would certainly be encouraged to do so as it has been an occasion to throw up some decent sorts in the past.

The opening two-year-old maiden was won last year by current Oaks favourite Maybe and Aidan O'Brien saddles Danehill Dancer newcomer Delight in this year's renewal.

O'Brien has debutant Parliament Square in the Fishery Lane Race for juveniles over six furlongs having won the race for the last three years, although Curragh winner Dawn Approach (colt by New Approach) will be hard to oppose in that.

In the feature Group Three Blue Wind Stakes, won last year by Banimpire, Aidan O'Brien will saddle Galileo three-year-old Was, who takes on Cleofila for last year's winning trainer and jockey, Jim Bolger and Kevin Manning, while John Oxx sends out Shebella and Dermot Weld's Princess Highway will ensure an intriguing race.
