Limerick may well be the understudy to Leopardstown this week but it often attracts some gems over the four days, as we've already seen, most notably with Bellshill on Monday and possibly with Missy Tata today.

Looking ahead to tomorrow and red-hot champion trainer Willie Mullins looks likely to enjoy another handful of winners with a strong team of entries for the Munster venue.

Three years ago, Mullins sent Faugheen to Limerick to win the Grade Two Guinness Novice Hurdle, while two years ago subsequent Albert Bartlett winner Martello Tower won the race for Mags Mullins and tomorrow Augusta Kate is picked to come out on top.

A four-time winner, the mare is part owned by Alan Shearer, Lee Westwood and TV stars Ant and Dec, and she would look a cut above the rest in this Grade Two with the mares' novice hurlde at Cheltenham looking her obvious target.

In the finale, the Mullins representative, Redhotfillypepper, is a filly that comes highly regarded from the point-to-point field while in the opener, Pylonthepressure has surely found a suitable opportunity to follow stable companion Some Neck to win his maiden hurdle.
