BACK in 1995, Erin's Isle won the Dublin U15 hurling and football A championships and Division 1 hurling and football league titles. Wayne McCarthy was on the side. So was Pádraig Kelly. "We were the first club to do it. I'm just wondering has anybody ever done it since," asks Pádraig.

IT will be a big night for MyClubFinances.com at the National Convention Centre this Thursday. They have been short-listed for awards in both the e-business and sports categories in the 2013 Eircom Spiders awards.

Their system helps 800 clubs across Ireland and the UK, including many Dublin GAA clubs. Warren Healy is the company CEO: "It's a great honour for us. One of our goals is increasing awareness for sports clubs on what the online environment can do for them.

"The web can extend far beyond the pitch and the local pub."
