RTé to shine spotlight on Catherine's London bid

THE Flying Fin, Catherine Walsh, is on the telly tonight. Catherine is a member of the Fingallians club in Swords.

She will be featured on the RTé 1 Olympic series, 'London Calling'. The programme starts at 10.35pm.

Boxer Kenny Egan is also profiled.

Harry's bash

HARRY LAMBE will be wearing the green jacket at his big birthday bash in The Goblet next Friday night (9.0).

Harry is back refereeing and he's also knocking in the birdies for fun. He is extending an invitation to all his friends for Friday's function.

"Everybody is welcome. I don't want any presents. If people wish, they can make a donation to the St Francis Hospice, Raheny (c/o Harry Lambe, 1 Clanmauirce Court, Maypark, Dublin 5).

"I'll acknowledge all donations," says Harry, who is gearing up to bounce up onto the Goblet stage and belt out a few Dickie Rock numbers.
