Another Happy Mun Day

Ballymun Kickhams delivered one of the team performances of the day as they accounted for Parnell's by 4-9 to 1-5 in their Féile Peil na nÓg Division 5 final at Parnell Park last Sunday lunchtime.

Despite losing to Parnell's in the group stages, Kickhams impressed from the opening whistle with wing-back Glenn Sheridan in inspired form.

Ballymun have produced several talented full-backs down the years and Craig Rooney shone in the position with Leon Hogan, Gavin Doyle, Reece Bennett and Karl Reddan effective in the Ballymun attack.

Parnell's battled gamely throughout but the displays of Dylan Russell, Dillon Woods, Jake Boyle, Jamie Quinn, Josh O'Connor and Keith O'Leary proved in vain as the Páirc Ciceam lads proved just too strong.
