THE fall-out from Seán Óg Ó hAilpín's dropping from the Cork senior hurling panel looks set to rumble with latest reports from Leeside suggesting his brother, Aisake (pictured), will turn his back on the team.
It is not yet clear whether Aisake has had one of the scheduled review meetings with manager Denis Walsh, which each member of this year's squad has been afforded. But it seems Aisake will not be back in a Cork jersey next season after returning to Australia with his brother, Setanta.
Aisake spent four years in Oz with AFL club Carlton, but returned to Ireland after he was delisted in 2008. He made an impact for the Cork hurlers in his first championship game this year, scoring 1-1 against Tipperary, though his performances waned afterwards. If he does not feature in 2011, Aisake and Seán Óg Ó hAilpín will be the only absentees from this year's panel.
