Anybody that votes will be entered in the draw for two tickets for the FODH annual Celebration Night at The Red Cow on Friday, November 14.
There are two Player-of-the-Year awards - Young Player (U21) and the Senior accolade. Send your votes to firstname.lastname@example.org or text 087-2331983.
The Club of the Year will also be announced. There are two categories - juvenile section and adult. Clubs are invited to send in their applications.
The Primary and Secondary Schools winners will also be revealed. Thanks to O'Neill's, there's a set of O'Neill's jerseys as the prize.
Schools are invited to tell the FODH officials why they should be considered. Include details like the numbers playing hurling and anything you think might further your cause.
The Hall of Fame winner is also a highlight of the evening. In the past, great heroes have been honoured like Jimmy Boggan, Con Clarke, Tom Rock, Jimmy Gray, Fintan Walsh and Con Ryan.

Calling all Ports
PORTOBELLO are celebrating 40 fabulous years on Saturday week, October 18, at the Lower Deck, Portobello Harbour (8pm). Anybody who was connected with the club during that time are invited along to what should be a night to remember.
There will be much to talk about, not least the remarkable deeds of the lady footballers who won five successive Dublin Senior Championships. They were the All-Blacks of the Leinster Road. The men's football and camogie sections have also fond memories. . More details from PJ Doyle on 086-3639215.
BIG crowd at O'Toole Park on Sunday for the Dublin SFC quarter-final double-header. The venue was in marvellous condition. Team-sheets for the supporters would have made the afternoon even more enjoyable.
