•Congratulations to the players on the Dublin Junior team who overcame an excellent Carlow team to win the National League Division 4 final, 1-6 to 0-5, on Sunday, in Donaghmore Ashbourne. Well done to a very dedicated panel of players.

Well done to the mentors of this winning team, Gerry McGough (Kilmacud Crokes), Brendan Cooper (Na Fianna), Colm Berkeley (Na Fianna), Dave Dunning (Thomas Davis), Sandra Tarr (Na Fianna), Dave Pearson (St Oliver Plunkett's/Eoghan Ruadh) and Martina McGilloway (Lucan Sarsfields) who guided this team to victory.

•Appreciation to the Donaghmore Ashbourne club whose organisation and wonderful facilities contributed greatly to the success of the National League finals held there on Sunday.

•Our thanks to Dublin GAA who have given the go-ahead to hold the Dublin Camogie Féile na nGael finals 2012 in Parnell Park on Sunday, May 27. It is hoped to hold the finals of all five divisions on that day.

•Our thanks to Naomh Peregrines and Ballinteer St Johns for hosting the third and fourth referees' courses over the last two Monday nights. Our thanks also to Paul Beecher, Donal Ryan and Derek Oman for facilitating these courses.

•Race the Rás -- the Camogie Association is encouraging current or former camogie players who may be up for this challenge to participate in this year's event which takes place from Sunday, May 20 to Sunday, May 27. Race the Rás are raising funds for Aware and Breast Cancer Research. See camogie.ie for details.

•Because of the restructuring of all of our adult leagues in 2012, play-offs of all league games and any back matches in divisions 3, 4, 5 and 6 must be up-to-date by Thursday, May 10. Top 4/bottom 4 play-off schedule will be notified to all clubs on Friday, May 11, and games will commence on Tuesday, May 15.
