A HANDSOME win for St Brigid's on the Mobhi Road. It keeps them joint top of Group A with Fingallians.
Billy Quane manages the side with Con Brennan.
Billy's a busy man. He's also the Brigid's club chairman.
He pays tribute to Ken Murphy.
"This really is Ken's team. He put in years of work. We are only carrying on what he did."
Brigid's impressed against Na Fianna. "Yes, it was one of those nights when things went right.
"It was an improvement on our draw with Fingallians, but we still have many things to work on before our next championship game against Kilmacud Crokes.
"That won't be until July, so we have time to focus on the things that we weren't all that happy with.
"We are in a tough group. You have Na Fianna, the defending champions, Fingallians, who were champions two years ago, plus Kilmacud and Thomas Davis, who both have done very well in recent times.
"The standard is so high. When I took on the job, I couldn't believe the quality that's in the game.
"We'll keep working hard and see where it takes us."
