Bayern teenager to line out for Ireland
The FAI have pulled off a coup by persuading Bayern Munich prospect Ryan Johansson to come in and play for the Irish U-19 side this week.
Johansson, who joined Bayern in 2016, was born in Luxembourg to a Swedish father and an Irish mother and all three countries were keen to secure his services.
But Ireland U-19 boss Tom Mohan has named midfielder Johansson in his squad for two friendly internationals against Wales next Sunday and Tuesday.
