Sony profit down 50pc
THE Irish arm of international music group Sony Music Entertainment recorded a 50pc drop in pre-tax profits.
Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Ireland) Ltd show the company's pre-tax profits dropped from €4.28m in 2006 to €2.11m last year.
The Dublin-based company markets and sells CDs, DVDs and videos in Ireland.
