Sepp Blatter the diplomat

THE Palestine Football Association, a member of the Asian Football Confederation, is calling on FIFA to suspend the Israeli FA (IFA) and plan to have the proposal discussed at the FIFA Congress on May 29, claiming the IFA is "part of the oppressive Israeli occupation and, therefore, an accomplice in its apartheid policies." FIFA boss Sepp Blatter is anxiously striving to have the matter sorted before it reaches Congress.
