Wearing her hair in a simple side chignon, Christine looked the picture of happiness as she sealed the deal on her six-year-long romance at the celeb-filled bash.

Far from saving the pics for an exclusive magazine deal, the delighted couple posed for photos outside the Knightsbridge church as they shared a kiss, cheered on by fans.

Christine and the New York City footballer were joined at the ceremony by Lampard’s two daughters from his previous relationship with Elen Rivas, Luna (10) and Isla (8), who acted as flower-girls.

Christine’s bridesmaids wore full-length maroon dresses, also created by top designer Suzanne Neville.

Familiar faces from the world of soccer and showbiz descended on the venue to help the happy couple mark the black-tie affair.

Christine’s colleague Philip Schofield was there with wife Stephanie Lowe.

Anthony McPartlin attended with his wife Lisa Armstrong while his ‘I’m a Celebrity...’ co-star Declan Donnelly came with wife Ali Astall.

Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech was among Lampard’s former teammates in attendance, as was Chelsea captain John Terry and his wife Toni.

Also there was presenter Holly Willoughby, whose maternity leave on This Morning was covered by Christine. She looked gorgeous in a black, lack mini-dressed teamed with black heels.

Stunning

Jamie Redknapp attended with his wife Louise, who looked stunning in a navy ensemble.

However, there was no sign of just-departed Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, who worked with Lampard at the London club and had been invited.

The couple celebrated their nuptials with a reception at the lavish Arts Club in Mayfair with chart-topper Ed Sheeran booked as their wedding singer.

The ‘Wild Ireland’ presenter – who was engaged for four years – previously told how she was in no rush down the aisle with Frank, who moved to America earlier this year and is worth an estimated €30m.

“We’re both very busy. We are very ready, we’re going to do quite a small and intimate wedding,” she said.
