RED-HOT Ronaldo warmed up for a mighty collision with Manchester United next week by blowing Barcelona out of the Copa Del Rey with a two-goal blast.

A 3-1 win in the Nou Camp gave Real Madrid a 4-2 aggregate semi-final victory, watched by Alex Ferguson and assistant Mike Phelan.

They will not have liked what they saw. Ronaldo's form left team-mate Sergio Ramos purring.

"For me, Cristiano is the best in the world, and has always shown up in these types of games," claimed Ramos.

Ronaldo himself (above) believes that Madrid have found a way to cope with Barcelona on their home patch.

And he believes that Jose Mourinho's team is better on the road than in the Bernabeu - an ominous note for Alex Ferguson.

"Scoring three goals in the Nou Camp is extremely difficult. Lately, whenever we play here we do very well. We play better here than at home," he said.
