Beauty and brains is a powerful combination - and George Clooney is a lucky man to have captured the heart of such a beautiful and talented lady.
I'm referring of course to the recent marriage of Hollywood's 'Gorgeous George' to human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin.
Mrs Clooney, as she is now known, ruffled some feathers on a recent visit to Greece when she told a packed press conference that the marble friezes from the 5th century BC that Lord Elgin removed from Greece to the British Museum in London in the early 1800s, should be returned.
She told the conference that she fully backed Greece's demands that the marble be returned to their homelands.
Fair play to you Mrs Clooney, I fully agree with you.
Like the old Irish dictum says "to every cow its calf to every book its copy".
