O'Brien eyes Musidora
AIDAN O'Brien is responsible for three of the 15 entries as he chases his first victory in the Tattersalls Musidora Stakes at York on Wednesday.
The Group Three contest has so far eluded the master of Ballydoyle, but he has a strong team this year.
Was made a big impression when winning on her debut at the Curragh last August and is joined by stablemates Twirl and Soon.
The only other Irish entry is the Jim Bolger-trained Alla Speranza, who was sixth in last weekend's 1000 Guineas at Newmarket.
The highest-rated filly in the field is the Roger Varian-trained Firdaws, last seen finishing third in the Group One Fillies' Mile.
Godolphin trainer Mahmood Al Zarooni has Lacily and Minidress in the mix, while other possibles include Guineas seventh Lily's Angel and Mark Johnston's Abishena.
John Gosden's The Fugue was fourth in the 1000 Guineas and she could make a quick reappearance.
Gosden said: "We'd like to look at the Musidora with her.
"She's in good order and if the ground is decent enough, we may well look at York.
"She's a smart sort of filly."
