MODEL mum Yvonne Keating is kicking off 2015 with a fresher start than most.

It's a new home for the New Year for the model turned presenter.

The mum of three has enlisted the help of her daughters Missy and Ali to re-decorate their new family home.

Yvonne and former husband Ronan finally sold their Malahide marital home last year - three years after the pair decided to part ways.

The luxurious property was bought late last year, allowing the couple to move on.

The couple reportedly sold the mansion for €2.5m, with Yvonne paying €1.28m for her new abode, which is conveniently just down the road.

The former model turned TV personality vowed to make 2015 a "year of peace, love, and positivity".

"I plan on working hard but also making time for my friends and family who loved and supported me in 2014," she said.

The columnist posted a cute picture of her two daughters online hard at work with paint rollers.

"Started work on our new house. This is what will be keeping us busy," she wrote.

Meanwhile, Ronan and girlfriend Storm Uechtritz are planning a return to Ireland.

The couple are living in London as Ronan performs in Once: The Musical in the West End until March.

Friends of the couple have said that they are currently house-hunting, with outdoorsy Storm already admitting that she would love to live on a farm.

Ronan and Yvonne have always remained close and spent Christmas together in London.
