A WOMAN found dead in a car park over the weekend is believed to have died from exposure to sub-zero temperatures.
The woman, named locally as Sarah O'Keeffe (23) from Ballinagarry, Co Limerick, is believed to have collapsed in the car park at Godfrey Place, near the centre of Tralee, Co Kerry, on Friday night. Her body was discovered by a passer-by the following afternoon.
Gardai are not treating her death as suspicious.
Recently, Sarah gave an interview to a local radio station which she recounted her battle to turn her life around and fight alcohol addiction.
She told listeners she had signed up to do a social course at the IT in Tralee, as she wanted to help those who had encountered similar difficulties to herself.
A colleague at the Tralee Women's Resource Centre described Sarah as a "beautiful, bubbly young woman".
