Ulster Bank is closing two hubs in Dublin and Limerick, putting 65 jobs at risk.
The Bank is moving the operations to centres in Galway and Belfast.
"There will be a number of job losses as a consequence of this change," an Ulster Bank spokesperson said.
"The bank will manage this on a volunteer-led basis...affected staff have been invited to relocate, apply for voluntary severance or apply for an alternative role."
Ulster Bank employs 6,000 people across the island of Ireland.
