DUBLIN Bus temporarily suspended its services into UCD on Monday night following a number of anti-social incidents.
With Freshers' Week in full swing, the students union has appealed for calm, insisting that one more incident would lead to "complete withdrawal" of buses.
"Dublin Bus provides a vital service and we can't let the actions of a few ruin it for everyone," said president Pat de Brun. "Drivers must be allowed to do their job without the complications of dealing with unruly passengers."
A spokeswoman for Dublin Bus could not elaborate on the incidents but said that services had resumed and would be monitored.
